Tip

I felt and saw a cold sore just starting on my lip last night. It was at the stage where you can feel it and it's a little tingly. So right away I cut open a Vitamin E capsule and put some on my lips repeatedly through the evening and then finally went to sleep like that. I woke up this morning and it's GONE! I get cold sores every once in a while & Vitamin E always works for me (especially when you catch it right at the begining stages).

Just thought I would share my little Herpes tip with you all, he-he-he :o)

P.S. This is a photo taken of Aerie on our honeymoon vacation with a MASSIVE cold sore on his lip. It was a lot worse than it looks. Well, I guess you'd have to know what his lips look like without a cold sore.

Thanks and I think I remember tea tree oil is good if you get a full cold sore and warts too (that is for Janice). Thanks for the tip Tracy.

I am glad you got a great nights rest. It really makes a difference in how we feel physically, eh. I have been struggling with my schedule lately and how to "fit it all in" so there are times I am not getting the right sleep and I notice it. I am praying for Holy Spirit to teach me how to "fit it all in" and that includes sleep.

Please do not apologize about no comments Tracy. What you do in blogging is a gift to us all and Holy Spirit will use that gift to help us all grow stronger in Him. However we all know how busy our lives are and we take all gifts as they are presented "in His timing" and His timing means we do not get streesed out or sick because we are sharing in His name, right.

Talk whenever and Peace and blessings to you and yours in Jesus' name I pray:

Donna,

Oh yeah, Tea Tree oil is great too. One time I got it so bad. I was fasting and my whole mouth inside and out were covered in canker sores. That's not the same as cold sores, is it? I used melaleuca oil all over my mouth.

Yes, you should mention that to Janice for her warts. I don't know Janice, y'know! :o)

It's definitely pretty hard to squeeze all the things that we want to do into our days. I hear you Donna! I need the Holy Spirit's guidance in this area. I get really behind in my blogging when I don't keep up with it a few times each day and it's hard to play catch up. Also, I kind of feel like I am missing out. I love blogging but it's taking a lot of time from all of the other things I have to do. For instance, I haven't been sleeping or exercising like I used to since I've been blogging. I just need to somehow balance it all out.

Love
t

You are way more kissable when you don't have sores on your mouth.

Beards because you are growing one for The Nails; and Herpes, well just because. You know what? I never got cold sores before I met you. You gave me Herpes on our Honeymoon. Oh, I totally should post that picture! HEHEHE! Oh man guys, he had the BIGGEST cold sore on his lip! Like massive!!!! I'm not laughing. Ok, maybe a little.

Note: Aerie gave me the "cold sores" kind of Herpes. Just in case you are wondering...hehehe.

There are different types of herpes. Symplex 1 - 2 - 3. I'm not sure which is the worse? But a simple cold sore is classified as a mild case of herpes.

Thanks for posting that picture of me. I can't believe you did that. lol.

This makes me want to start a blog and just post funny pictures of Tracy.

I hope everyone gets a kick out of this like I did.

I love you sweetheart.

Dear Tracy and Aerie,
I would read a blog of funny pictures of Tracy on it, also nice picture of you Aerie:) I got cold sores from my Mom when I was a kid so I get them once in a while too. I hate it because I am always thinking "are people staring at it and thinking Herpes? Then as it starts to dry out and go away, it cracks and bleeds everytime you smile or sneeze. Then you have a river of blood running down your face:^/ I will try Vit. E next time.
